Pathologies medicales en reanimation au chu gabriel toure : Aspects epidemio-cliniques et evolutifs
Résumé
-Introduction : medical pathologies occupied since then, an important place in
polyvalent resuscitation. The clinical exam of the patient is quite important to
obtain the diagnosis and is done as well as in general medecine as in
lesuscitation. the evolution during the hospitalisation depends on the initial
status and of the quality of the medical care.
Objective
Recense the medical pathology and identiÿ the factors of morbi-mortality. Nlethodology
All the patients unoperated, hospitalised for more than three hours were
included. It was a prospective and analÿique study conceming all the medical
patologies from the lst august 2015 to the 3lstjuly 2016
Results
On 565 admissions, 112 files were registered,90.lSo came flom inside the
CHU Gabriel Toure. Eclampsia represented 21.43% of the reasons for
adnrission, and the infectious emergency the most diagnosed with33.04oÂ.
A Glasgow Coma Scale less than 8 was found on 12.5 %o of the patients.
For most of our patients, hemodynamic parameters were affected, escpecially
heart rate in 83,04 oZ ofthe cases.
Strokes and cranial trauma frequently led to death, each with a rate of 80%.
During the study 20.54 % of the patients developped cardiovascular
complications and39.29%o of our total patients deceased.
For 45,54 o% of our patients, hospitalisation was less than 3 days.
Altered general state at admission was the principal factor of mortality (RR=
2.08)
Conclusion: the decrease ofmedical pahology's rate is caused by the surgical
tendency of our teaching hospital. For a better health management, it is
necessary to evaluate the pronostic at the admission and maximise the health
care during inital care.
