Etude analityque de l'antibiotherapie chez les patients hospitalisés au service de réanimation du CHU Gabriel Touré

This is a prospective cross-sectional study extending over a period of 11months from June 2015 to April 2016. 231 patients were included, a frequency of 51.33%. The age group of 26-45 years was predominaled at 33.8% with a mean age of 38-2 years. Female gender was the most represented with 50.6% frequency for a sex ratio of 0.97. Taking postoperative load was the majority reasun for admission to 58.9%. Housewives represent 33.8% of patients and 46.6% of patients were from S.A.U. Patients admitted under antibiotic treatment before hospitalization accounled for 49.6%. The most found the diagnosis was 13.4% Peritonitis. The third-generation cephalosporin's alone or associated with 5-nitroimidazoles were the most used antibiotic family with the respective antibiotic Ceftriaxone associated Metronidazole. Monotherapy wag applied to 51.1%. The probabilistic treatment was dominant, given that only 8 of the 34 examinations requested returned. The seed that was most documented was Acinetobacter baumanii. Regarding prognosis, the mortality rate was estimated at 26.8%. Key words: study, analytic, anti-biotherapy, resuscitation
